• MONITORING OF PROPERTY (ASSETS)

  Based on the competencies of the Division for Monitoring of Property set forth in Article 5, paragraph 1.6 of Law no. 03/L-159 for Anti-Corruption Agency and the Law on Declaration, Origin and Control of Property of Senior Public Officials no. 03/L - 151 which was approved by the Assembly on 11 February 2010 and signed by the President dated 02.07.2010 originally the Agency has prepared a form for declaration of assets of senior public officials mentioned in conformity with the above law.

• PREVENTION OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

  The legal basis on which the ACA supports its work on preventing conflict of interest is the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Exercise of Public Function no. 02/L-133 approved by the Assembly in November 2007 and Law on Amending the Law no. 02/L-133 on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Exercise of Public Function, no. 03/L-155. ACA for preventing conflict of interest has conducted its activity that aimed the identification, examination, analysis, warning and avoidance of conflict of interest cases.

• MONITORING OF GIFTS

  According to the Law on Declaration, Origin and Control of Property and Gifts of the Senior Public Officials, all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are obliged to keep a register with the Catalogue of Gifts and their copies are required to be submitted to the Anti-Corruption Agency to 31 March of the following year for the previous year.
