At the invitation of the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, and Oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Director of ACA, Mr. Yll Buleshkaj, has presented the annual report of ACA for 2021.
The Director of ACA, Mr. Buleshkaj, reported on the activities of the ACA for the period January-December 2021, regarding administrative investigations, the process of declaring the assets of senior public officials, cases handled to prevent conflict of interest in the exercise of public office, protection of whistleblowers as well as monitoring of public procurement activities. During the reporting before the Committee, the Director of ACA, Mr. Yll Buleshkaj, answered the questions and issues of interest raised by the participating Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, and Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, and Oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
