Only two days left to the deadline for complying with the legal obligations for regular annual assets declaration, but 3339 public officials (70.07%) have not done so yet.
Every senior public official is required to accurately and within the legal deadline declare assets, income, gifts and any other material benefits or financial obligations realized inside or outside the country.
The Anti-Corruption Agency has allocated all the necessary human and material resources to complete this process successfully.
The Anti-Corruption Agency once again reminds senior public officials, who have not already fulfilled their legal obligation, to declare their assets correctly and in a timely manner. Otherwise, the ACA is obliged to act in accordance with Article 430 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
