In the last ten days of regular annual declaration of assets, out of a total of 4737 senior public officials, the legal obligation for regular annual declaration of assets, to date have responded1581 (33.14%) public officials, of the total number of officials who are obliged to declare assets.
The Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Yll Buleshkaj, calls on all senior public officials to respond to the legal obligations for declaring assets, otherwise the Anti-Corruption Agency will file a criminal report in accordance with Article 430 of the Criminal Code.
The regular annual declaration of assets started on March 1 and will end on March 31, 2022, while public officials can declare their assets through physical presentation at the AKM office or via email address [email protected] .net. Asset declaration forms sent via email must be signed and scanned by the declaring entities.
