Director of ACA, Mr. Yll Buleshkaj reported today before the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency

At the invitation of the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Director of ACA, Mr. Yll Buleshkaj, presented the performance report of this Agency for 2022.

Reporting of the Director of ACA, Mr. Buleshkaj, focused on the scope of activity of ACA focusing on investigations and administrative aspects, the process of declaration of assets of senior public officials, declaration and registration of gifts of public officials, prevention of cases of conflict of interest in the exercise of public office, protection of whistle-blowers, monitoring of public procurement activities as well as drafting and monitoring the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan.

Following the debate at the meeting, the performance report of the Anti-Corruption Agency for 2022 is approved.
