DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

Department of Administration is composed of two divisions: the Division of General Services and Division of Human Resources and Translation. Department of Administration focuses its work on performing administrative services related to budget, finance, human resources management, logistics, information technology, translation services and other administrative work.

Department of Administration performs the following activities:

  • Preparing and planning the budget, according to economic categories for the current year (BDMS);
  • Preparation and submission of prior year financial statements;
  • Preparation of PIP, for capital projects;
  • Cash flow plan;
  • Coordination of work with the Department of Budget and Treasury Department;
  • Technical services: maintenance and regular servicing of vehicles, generators, IT equipment, premises and other work;
  • Preparation and processing of regular payment of all ACA expenses;
  • Administrative services such as filing and submission of all official documents;
  • Keeping personal files on each of the employees who possess documents from application to certificates of training;
  • Preparation and selection of personnel for training both in and out of the country;
  • Translation of various materials in English and Serbian languages, etc.;
