ACA strategy

The strategy of the ACA work is based on three main pillars that help accomplish tasks and responsibilities that derive from the Anti-Corruption Law and in the achievement of:

• Law Enforcement including proceeding information on corruption to the Public Prosecutor of Kosovo and the drafting of new laws to meet the legal framework in this field; 
• Prevention or elimination of the causes of corruption through the declaration of assets of senior officials, prevention of conflicts of interest and registration of gifts in the central bodies, and
• Education of public administration and citizens on the legal framework and current anti-corruption mechanisms, and professional development of staff.
